So this is it. This is the last workout and last video before hitting the platform on Friday. I feel way more nervous than ever before. I think apart of me is slightly scared of the weights. Is this normal? Should you be scared of weights that you are attempting? I know this time around we are going to be more aggressive with the 3rd attempts. And all of my 3rd attempts (depending how 2nd feels) are weights I have never attempted before. Some 10-15lbs over my current max. But this is Powerlifting. You are taking your body to it’s absolute max effort. And I think a part of me is nervous about that. But I guess if you are not scared of the weights, then maybe you aren’t going hard enough...
I prepared for this for the last 18weeks. The work is done. Now I just need to perform.
