DAY 1: HYPERTROPHY QUADS
First day of hypertrophy training with Thee “Hypertrophy Coach” himself, Joe Bennett and of course we start with quads. I’ve never had an actual trainer before teach me how to train or coach me through a workout. I’ve always done my own training even for the Olympia. Throughout the years, I’ve trained with some of the best athletes in the world from different sports and have incorporated many different styles of training into my own. Just because you are considered a pro, doesn’t mean you know everything. So I was very eager to learn! I’ve heard many stories about the Hypertrophy coach and how he can f*ck you up using little to no weights…Some people might be scared by that, but that only made me more excited!!
Today’s focus was just on quads, and Joe did not disappointment my every expectation of horrible pain and anguish to the full hypertrophy experience. #blobquads
